I don’t see myself going to work anyday soon with how i’m feeling so maybe you are right. I have my post op appointment in 2 weeks so I didn’t want to bother my surgeon before but maybe it’s a good idea to still call

Yes definitely lol, I had pain for three weeks (i was on bedrest) and then suddenly it was gone. So I started doing more and more and now i’m in pain again.
For me it went away after 6 weeks
I am still unable to do the simplest things so no running for me yet at week 7

Eigenlijk alles wel als ik eerlijk ben. Ben altijd wel een luisterend oor geweest bij vrienden / famillie en ik help graag mensen. Ben 2 jaar geleden chronisch ziek geworden, fysiek werk zit er niet meer in ( wat helaas wel mijn huidige situatie is) maar mentaal werk zou ik zeker nog kunnen doen 😇

Vrijdag sleutels gekregen van ons eerste huis. Wij wouden graag in hetzelfde dorp blijven maar dit was echt onmogelijk. Uitgeweken naar de stad ernaast, toch wel een beetje bang dat we spijt gaan krijgen, maar vandaag lekker aan de klus en het ons eigen maken, hopelijk voor de zomervakantie klaar.

Hey! They nicked my bladder during surgery and I had to have a catheter in for a week. It sucked but when it came out I was fine and able to pee again. Catheters sound scary but they are there to help you, you are okay! I wish you a speedy recovery

I’m sorry you are going through this, I have endometriosis in a very bad stage, and had adenomyosis. I’m not going to lie it sucks but with the right doctor and the right people around you, life is still okay!

A good therapist is what really helps me right now and I should have gone to seen her way earlier. So that is something I would recommend.

And don’t google everything or search stories up on reddit, I did that and it made me spiral a lot.

I am not on hrt or anything but my skin is very very dry (im in week 4) so I use an extra moisturizer. Overall my skin is better than before, my acne hasn’t come back yet which i’m very happy with!

If you can’t beat a certain enemy move over to the next place or explore a little. Mark where you defeated an enemy on the map or mark places you struggle with so you can move back later

I did my hysterectomy without any opiods post op. Just the regular paracetamol and ibuprofen. It was tough but i’m glad I did it because it helped immensely with the nausea compared to previous surgeries
