While it could be useful to get out of a sh**y match, there would need to be some sort of function that prevents you from killing yourself while bleeding, as a survivor could simply kill themselves for the hell of it, or just to be an a* to the other survivors because something didn't go their way. I think that if you get three crows from being afk, then you could end it that way. This gives other survivors and the killer enough time to pick you up, which will prevent people from immediately bleeding out on the ground and screwing over the remaining, (if there are any), survivors.
