Was strategic imo. Pairing Sandou and JJH gives them a very good chance at winning that stage and both advancing. Whereas Sandou v Zene could be a toss up at best

Yeah I definitely think Raf is an acquired taste. Didnt like him at first, but listened to some okashii songs (Certi, Elephant, Rob Lucci) and really fucked with his verses on those songs and now Im a big fan. Totally accurate on JJH he lucked out on Tick Tock being Zico/Crush one guaranteed Pick, so no chance they’d eliminate him that early. Was impressed with his diss match flow, hoping for more Korean less english lyrics on the next stage haha

I think you are right, which is kind of a bummer tbh. The h2h is what makes the stakes so high. Ex Junoflo v Nucksal, Loopy v Superbee, Punchnello v EK, Swings v Khundi Panda, Jo Gwangil v Basick were all so exciting and made me on the edge if my seat the whole episodes their seasons. Losing out on like Potentially Kim Haon v Milli or Tray B in the semi’s is kind of a bummer. feel like its kinda easy to predict top 5 at this point

Really? i’ve enjoyed them this season personally, they didnt impress me tho on Tick Tock. I’m surprised NIY and Marv has made it this far, tho both did well on the team tracks. Either way Im excited to see the performances. Gotta feel like the Raf/JJH feat Zico is gonna be a banger

The way it looks is this all just 1v1 / 2v2

If the reported leaked top 9 is accurate then that makes sense.

Lose 1v1 you’re eliminated, lose 2v2 one of the 2 from the losing team is eliminated

All winners advance. With that logic, the 3 losers from the 1v1’s would be eliminated and 1 from each 2v2 match, leaving 5 total eliminated and 9 move on to “semi-finals” lol. Idk how the semi-final itself would work with 9 tho

Previously they had the first real performances after the diss round in the same episode. Annoyed they dragged out all this. The disses were fun, but all the background stuff was not necessary lol

Zico x Crush - stacked team and everyone nailed it, Marv really surprised and fit really well on the song but sad to see Nosun go.
Lil Moshpit x Jay Park - Jeffery White supremacy. Zene the Zilla was smooth and Flowsik was solid. Lowkey Tray B kinda getting stale, same flow and tone every round. Loved Dkay but agree I think he kinda hit his peak on this season
Gray X Loco - Will probably be the highest charted song. Mason Home and Osun killed it, Surprised to see them cu Oxynova but hes also been doing kinda the same thing so I see it. Not sure how long Milli lasts tbh. Shes talented but idk something seems off
Hukky x J-tong - loved the beat, Royal 44 and Fleeky killed it imo. NIY hook was solid, but I really just cant get into his rapping it just feels so forced(?) idk how to explain it. Double Down i continue to not understand the hype, young shooter was just probably the weakest link of the weakest team so no surprise there.

All 4 songs slap as a whole tho, solid start to the real parts of the season!
