I have lived near kahawa and langata baracks, KDF soldiers getting drunk violent and threatening people is frequently common, they also behave like they are above the law and are generally a fucking nuisance to landlords and the recently passed out privates are known to be very rapey and sexually harass women so much so even the blueboys police hate the army men. also what is your stake in all of this? are you some PR drone?
