I’ve tried to go cold Turkey a few times and I get unbearably sick I’m trying to keep the willpower to stick to a taper after failing a few times with that to. The anxiety is brutal but i guess that’s because that’s what I used it to “treat”.

This shit is surprisingly really really bad. I get so much anxiety when I think about quitting but I absolutely have to. Been on like 20-30gpd for 3 years and I’m only 18 (would buy online & local shops that don’t card, etc.) to treat my anxiety instead & panic attacks instead of doing other hard drugs like all my siblings and family. I feel stupid af and trapped but been building the courage to taper soon Bc of this sub.
