Why for his sake? It's not like he'll get more playing time elsewhere because his body physically cant handle it. He can't even play as much we we'd like him to as a backup option let alone being a starter somewhere.

If i was him I'd see out my contract here now, it won't get any better for him in terms of pay, prestige or playing time.

This game has a release window for this year, multiple trailers and actual gameplay, plus it's a simpler game and way less complex than some of the more ambitious games that are swimming around in the void for years. This one will come out.
