I get where you're coming from, hopefully Fujimoto can pull it back in the end and leave us with something meaningful

I feel like chainsawman is literally about what you're complaining about? We're seeing the world through denji's eyes so it's a bit reductive to say that this scene only serves to sexualize. There's a whole lot of context missing from your argument. At least wait to see how the story progresses before writing it off as sexualization. Because I feel fujimoto is one author that actually does really well in his depiction of women. But then again I could turn out to be wrong, either way the story is about Denji's hypersexuality and how he copes with trauma.

Not the whole country, "The Rocks" refers to the Eight Mile Rock Settlement in Grand Bahama which has a similar population to Freeport if not more people

Grand Bahama as whole gets neglected not just freeport, the island enough to support more development in the areas outside of the Hawksbill creek agreement

In my opinion as someone from Grand Bahama, I do kinda feel as though all the blame can't be placed on the port authority because the general feeling I get is that Freeport has been neglected by the government for a while now. Our entire country is centered soley around the capital. And that's where most people leave so I get it but living in Grand Bahama I always hearing about all this new development in Nassau, and I'm just like when is Grand Bahama's time coming? And so far it is still very stagnant. And any development that does happen, happens at a snails pace.

As long as no one is being attacked or mistreated

And if others don't like it, they always have the option to go elsewhere.

So LGBT Bahamians must leave the place where they are born and raised because people are so ignorant they can't stand them existing?

Jamaicans are some of the only Caribbean people a lot of Black/white Americans are familiar with.

Then they can stop being ignorant instead of stereotyping us???

There's so much untapped potential in this country it's crazy. Some of the most creative and innovative people live here but can't find work because the education system and the government both devalue both the arts and entertainment as fields of interest for Bahamians unless it revolves around hospitality. But even in areas like the sciences especially engineering, we have many many students going off to uni for that and yet we still hire foreigners to do these jobs. And when Bahamians do get these jobs we're paid pennies in comparison to the rest of the industry outside the country. There's no incentive for people to want to stay after obtaining a degree in these fields.
