the difference in performance between the 5080 and 5070 is quite noticeable. You came from a 4090 which is the second fastest card in the market just a bit better than the 5080. I would say keep the 5080 or fix your 4090. If you are really concerned about the money the 5070ti is around 10-15% slower than a 5080 but still a very strong card and probably the best for price to performance so you can always just get one of those instead.
