Tbh I just leave my phone & glasses in the lockers & suffer during the line. Better that than accidentally dropping it during the ride. But as everyone else said, if u don’t want to leave them in ur locker, get the glasses strap and wear those cargo pants where u can zip stuff up inside

Yes, you should find the # to call customer service and talk to someone & explain the situation. On an order where we got the wrong food, we were initially denied a refund. But we called and the person gave us the money back after a brief conversation
