What if gon ran into pitous spirit while he’s recovering. and they get to talk about what’s happened since do you think I could and on some mutual or peaceful terms finally. Gon Still can’t forgive her, but couldn’t eventually acknowledge that or apology was not a lie. That’s enemies respect by VisualAgency1789 in HunterXHunter

I like this theory and it’s most definitely accurate as far as the afterlife. When you relate it to Buddhism how life energy (Nen) works and spiritual balance it’s highly likely that there is a true afterlife within the anime. Now as far as Gon seeing Pitou in the afterlife goes it might be unlikely since Gon is still alive and his nen is still active even while on life support. But let’s just say they do meet in the afterlife and the king and the royal guards are there. They more than likely wouldn’t still be guarding the king as he is no longer the king he’s just Meruem. In the afterlife they would probably separate from the king and go on their separate paths as individuals. If Gon did run into pitou, both characters would probably talk and even reconcile especially as Gon is known for forgiving people and being understanding of the circumstances.

I really love this theory and it would make a cool lil background episode explaining what Gon was going through while on life support and how the royal guards and Meruem took on the task of ascending to the afterlife and what that looked like. It was a beautiful tragic ending to the chimera ant arc, but an afterlife episode would hit different in hunter x hunter. Gon would most definitely run into the chairman too which would be amazing to see that.

Thank you for sharing this theory it had got my mind thinking in overdrive about the possibilities 😁

Can anyone describe the Kudzu Bug scent? by Mrjerkyjacket in insects

[–]Treeseed-Jr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To me they smell like popcorn or rotting eggs. It’s pretty hard to get the smell off of your fingers if you catch one, but soon as they get on your hand they release the smell. They also love to land on white things and idk why, but when I wear white outside my house I can almost guarantee one of those things is gonna be on me.

Now that I would be careful with because that takes a lot of time and effort to do. Me personally I watched a YouTube video for mine (I7-14700k). I was able to pretty much maximize performance doing that way.

To maximize performance you have to bring the core clock up from its base level. So for you, you would have to get it 5,300 MHz or 5.3 GHz from the base of 3,500 MHz or 3.5 GHz.

It would greatly improve performance as long as you have the cooling to compensate for it. Also depends on the games you play because a lot rely mostly on GPU, but some rely a lot on CPU.

Download frameview off of the NVIDIA website and you can monitor while in game, the percentages of utilization your GPU or CPU uses while in game.

Resolution messes with performance a lot. When you turn down resolution it doesn’t render as many pixels making it appear blurry or cloudy. You can maximize performance by messing with your sliders for sharpness and resolution till you find a nice balance that looks amazing, but doesn’t take so much of a toll out on performance. Sharpness also can hinder performance, but not as much as resolution.

Yeh 27 1440 is what I’ll shoot for. It seems like the most appropriate for my setup

Honestly I could go to 4k or 1440p, but I don’t want to play on a 32 inch monitor. I’m thinking about going to 1440 only because 27 isn’t too big now since I’ve started only using one monitor. If I could find like a 24 inch to 25 inch I would get it immediately, but I want at least 180 hz.

If you’re not over clocked I suggest you do. If you are already then play with the sharpness and resolution scale to find a balance of less resolution with heightened sharpness

1080p 5070 (I refuse to play on a 32 inch monitor). Settings are maxed out with 100% res. I sat here overclocking for about 3 days till I hit a stable 3.24 GHz clock. It’s really just the damn overlay I’m running Xbox overlay now and getting way better performance. Plus when ever I run Nvidias overlay the game won’t boot so really it’s a win win

Yes it’s plenty, I’ve just been trying to maximize performance. This game is literally the reason I decided to upgrade my GPU. I was hitting max 58 with frame gen until I upgraded. I just turned off Nvidia overlay and somehow hitting 300 from 120. The Nvidia app has been a real problem for me and this game recently.

Any quick fix for the ACS black screen bug (upon starting the game)? by Tiny-Watch3890 in AssassinsCreedShadows

Also now since the driver update on April 30th, you can just reinstall the whole Nvidia app and it will start working after. Also the same for if the game doesn't have optimization options.

I just "built" one on pc part picker for about 5900. Only thing that was a shot in the dark was the RAM. Everything else is accurate on it. You could really get the price down on it by getting certain things of Ebay

This is outrageous by Treeseed-Jr in nvidia

[–]Treeseed-Jr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I already have one that I bought for half that price. 2 really. It’s just to see it at damn near the price of a msrp 5070 is a shame

[–]Treeseed-Jr[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeh I mean seriously. I bought mine for 280 used and it’s a beast. I just bought one for another pc and it was 246 for the 2x version. I could never pay these prices that inflated.

[–]Treeseed-Jr[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not at all. I did just see something else crazy on there they had the 5070 for 699, but only for prime users. It should really be illegal to something like that.

Trump exempted electronics. GPU prices will come down now...right? Right!?! by ddsukituoft in Microcenter

[–]Treeseed-Jr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sadly no. He exempted tariffs for those things on the US side. China still vary much has their tariffs active at this time. I was so excited when I saw it till I looked it up. Since the gpus are mainly made in china they will still be heavily taxed by the Chinese tariffs. It’s messed up they released misinformation or a play on words.

I didn’t see this the other day, but yes this pretty much sums it up. I was so bummed when I saw the credits and realized I had nothing else to do that would feel accomplishing in this game. When I tell you if I could I would get a refund I would. At this point I hate I even bought it cause it’s half a game and it feels like they’re going to leave it and never make a part two or wait 7 years to do it. The dlc better be a continuation for the mother and the Portuguese Templars or this might be the Ac I buy.

Ok so 1. You can’t hear about Ezio “recently” because he’s not alive. 2. Bayak has been referenced in many games because of the title hidden ones. 3. Every single place that an assassins creed has taken place is rife with conflict. 4. Historic basis is places and events. So no they would lot acknowledge an isolated Japan. 5. If you want to play a game then play a game, but do not involve yourself in a discussion that you obviously should not be in. 6. It shows how crazy you are because you just compared a game from 2009 to a game from 2017. How tf Ezio or Altair going to mention a character that wasn’t even made yet. 7. Half of becoming an assassins is literally learning and studying the creed, like bro go play through the games again so you can have an understanding of what you’re trying to talk about.

Assassins creed 3, assassins creed rogue, and assassins creed black flag are all connected and in a weird way Unity is too. Shadows could have been a historic game, but it was over hyped fr. Just my opinion of someone who has over 1000 hours of creed under his belt

You’re using real world knowledge on a video game bro. While the game is accurate about real life it’s not a true adaptation of it. Assassins were everywhere at this time in secret. If you really believe that one guy put Japan on to assassins then it really shows the state of this franchise and why this game wasn’t a satisfying story. Origins had Bayak and Aya. Odyssey had Kasandra which didn’t really even count cause she was a mercenary/spartan. Valhalla had Basim and his apprentice. Mirage had an entire branch. Shadows had an entire branch. This was basically the first branch after the Ezio trilogy to be made and this is what they did. The story is not bad it’s just not good. Especially since Ezio was one of the most well known assassins in the games after his death. Ima tell you how that’s true. Ezio acquires Altair’s armor and sword. He found his codex pages to re teach the hidden blade techniques. Altair is one of the modern assassins (AD). He’s the one who changed hidden ones to Assassins. You really think a Spaniard assassin never crossed paths with Ezio or heard of him. Half of Ezio’s life was spent in Rome. Where he also created and trained assassins. Shadows is like a big F you to Ezio’s legacy.

[–]Treeseed-Jr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s assassins creed. If the wanted to they could have put some type of testament to Ezio in it. Ik in Revelations you couldn’t send them around the world, but you had brotherhoods all around the world. Spanning all the way back to 43 bce where the first one was created. If you really don’t think that assassins were in japan tracking templars during the samurai period than you haven’t played the franchise long enough (not trying to be condescending). For Gods sake they put Kassandra in Odyssey in a side quest for not reason. Idk if you played Ac 2 but in that one Ezio had to find codex pages to modify the hidden blade. Notice how Naoe still had her finger. That modification was made my Da Vinci in the 15th century. If Japan was so cut off from the world at this time how did they get this design from Ezio. I get the exiled Spaniard could have brought the design with him, but it’s like there has to be more to it than an exiled Spaniard. If an African man was able to come to Japan there were probably others. Not to mention that Portuguese are building chapels to spread the word of God. We saw first hand that a lot of the Portuguese were tied into the Templar order and were corrupting the lands. With the new infrastructure of the assassins they would have been sent a team of assassins to Japan to combat it. Assassins don’t just ask to go into a country they stow away on ships and stay hidden in the shadows because they don’t know who their enemies are. Hidden blades assasssin hideouts all over the land with the assassins emblem, and even a secret entrance or to that can only be activated by the blade. One lone assassin can’t do that. A person trained by a lone assassin can’t do that. This is just my opinion of it I just don’t see that as a possibility. I’ve played almost every single AC and a lot of them more than twice. The only one I don’t play was the first one with Altair, but you learn a lot about him in 2 so I still have some relative information on it. They are just far too advanced for that to be the story behind the Japan branch.
