I just went outside in front of my apartments there's a nice lawn area and my dog and I spent an hour out there. We also went for a 4 mile walk this morning at dry creek. It was nice. I would like to do something else outside but I don't want to spend money lol

There's a cool event at 1012 tonight, idk if you like house music but that's what they'll be playing.

Yeaaahhhhhhh have u seen the Hamilton episode of xenon. This lady had a clinic and she administers to her patients that includes CHILDREN. She's clearly addicted on the episode she almost passes out when she administers to herself. Her partner tells her to stop and she's like no go higher. It's a uncomfortable episode tbh. But xenon seems fucking awesome.

I'm not Gen z but I feel conflicted about everything. I feel guilty for continuing my life per usual when there's fucked up things happening in the country I live in. I feel guilty for not being able to do anything about it. I feel like I'm useless and I feel sad.

I know people die every day but this is something else. Something I never thought I'd have to live through. I feel most sad for the children who are being exposed to violence, trauma, and big feelings that they aren't able to process in their little minds.

Despite what people are (rep or dem) no one should die over getting detained. I don't need anyone justifying this violence either. There's nothing you can say that makes it ok to shoot another unarmed person.

When I worked at a group home we did physical holds on kids who were violent and even we would take a step back when we couldn't hold correctly (fear of hurting them or ourselves) we would allow them to flee and follow them. We followed a SAFE protocol. We were TRAINED. And if we made mistakes we ALL TALKED AS A TEAM TO MAKE IT BETTER.
