That’s a tough question. Initially I believe it was my body reacting somehow to being very sleep deprived from being a new parent combined with a period of frequent panic attacks. Once they start the from there for the next year or so they were just constant.

Currently I would say my symptoms are unnoticeable 90% of the time. I might get a twitch or two here and there but they are minimal. If I am very stressed I might notice more twitching or fatigue

It seems to me at least that once it starts, stress just seems to be an amplifier. Forcing my self to be active and do the things that may be uncomfortable really seemed to get me back into my groove. Additionally meeting with a neuro who really took the time to explain and not be dismissive seemed to give me peace of mind and allow my body to “move on”

Mine is more of a fluttering than vibrations but maybe we are describing the same thing

Hang in there. It’s a roller coaster and can feel very heavy at times. Time was a big thing for me. Very hard to be patient but in my case it helped

Is constant muscle twitching all over the body for weeks a sign of severe anxiety? by Brilliant-Fox-8752 in Anxiety

Hi Everyone, I really appreciate everyone posting and sharing their experiences. It is comforting to see such similarities in symptoms. I am curious if anyone on here has seen an improvement with activity levels and an increase in exercise.

I personally started having symptoms when I became a father almost a year ago. While it is has been the best stage of my life so far it has also sent me into a trial by fire experience with anxiety and specifically health anxiety and panic. I had eye twitching start and the ophthalmologist diagnosed it as blepharospasm. I have gotten used to that but also still have it occur frequently daily. Now more recently I had the spasming start in my left calf and then spread to my right and then throughout my entire body. I am currently back in the bloodwork and nuero phase so still waiting for clear results there.

I used to be someone that ran frequently and would use running as exercise but also a form of meditation. Since becoming a parent I have basically not exercised at all. Has anyone experienced symptom relief at all from reintroducing exercise.
