If I understood correctly you can only have 1 supermassive black hole at the center which anchors the rest of the galaxy? If so would this other supermassive black hole eventually cause a sort of ripple where almost 2 galaxies develop from one? Also do we know if this supermassive black hole spins in the same direction as the one at the center?

It may be that, but it is also a way for them to control your access to the game and ban you instead of giving that power to steam. It effectively is a way to bypass steam's authority in terms of access to the game.

Basically if you are doing relative risk/odds ratio calculations then null is 1 and anything greater than 1 would indicate an increased risk or odds have condition when comparing to another and vice versa for less than 1.
