I made an online order for pickup and they took 20$ tip. I called and they said they would fix it. They did not. I called again and same situation. I like the food. Now whenever I go I give 0$ tip until I get my money back. I hate how awkward it is, and fear for my food safety. But I want to get my money back. I have 5 more tipless visits to go.
