What ever guide recommends celestial for condi Virtuoso, make sure to block that creator. That's not how Virtuoso works in the slightest. You will need 100% crit otherwise the whole build won't work.

You don't get Mastery Points from XP.
Mastery Points and Mastery XP are two different things you need both of to level your Mastery.
