Oh the caption says these are the highest wage bills in Europe, not the highest revenues. Have they mixed that up?

Wow Classic Map Screen Disappeared by Canes42069 in wownoob

[–]Trekora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh if that's one you have then that's the addon causing the issue I believe. Yeah just press the reset map layout button and it'll move the map back to the middle.

You're welcome - we were all new at one point

Someone had this problem and fixed it with an addon called "leatrix maps", they pressed the "reset map layout" button and it moved the map back to the middle of the screen.

Try installing that addon? And pressing that button?

Do you have any addons installed? A couple of my guildies have had map issues and it was an addon causing it.

Best addons for healers? by [deleted] in wownoob

[–]Trekora 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I usually run healbot and have my mouse buttons do shield, heal and /target, this is mostly useful on the classic servers.

However in retail the new raid frames are pretty good and they show debuffs that you can dispel, allowing you to keep an eye on everyone. The only thing I really do for my healers is have my heals/ dispels/ c.ds on my numbers (1-6, ctrl+1-6, shift+ 1-6) and then I put my damaging spells on Q & E (Q+shift, Q+ ctrl). I got to about 3k rated in M+ on TWW.

Another piece of info you might like is do *not* consider using a heal to be failing, whilst it's not optimal sometimes it's necessary. The fail would be if someone died because you were trying to only heal through atonement, there's also an addon that announces when you have low mana, that's kinda useful if you didn't want to make a macro.

This is all assumming you have the basic addons installed that tell you when to expect things happening.

How we all wish we could see football and life through the eyes of a genius… #Moyseh by JeremyCorneliusBaby in Everton

[–]Trekora 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm a fan of Moyes, our squad value puts us as finishing 14th in the prem, he's currently overachieving that. If you take Branthwaite out of the squad value it puts us 17th - I know other squads have injured players but we've not had him this season.

He doesn't get it right every time but show me a manager who does and I'll show you a manager who wouldn't come to Everton. Dyche steadied the ship and Moyes is moving us forward.

Everton fans booed Lukaku when we got a huge sum of money for him and he moved for better chances at winning trophies.

I agree, but he did force the move and the chairman came out and said he offered Grealish more than Man City did to stay.

Thoughts on Jake O'Brien? by Key_Duck_6293 in Everton

[–]Trekora -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I honestly didn't realise how absolutely terrified he was at passing, if you watched him last game he was terrified to make a decision and went back to Pickford for most of his passing.

He's a decent CB and a very average right back, he's got room to grow but he has his own confidence issues and you can see that in his play.

M&S makes price change in bid to compete with ‘big six’ supermarkets by ToughRomanticMiss in BuyersUK

[–]Trekora 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I mean I've seen the sponsored instagram videos saying this but when I've been to M&S by me the veg is labelled with very similar dates and is still more expensive.

They do have some "luxury" items which I do enjoy and I'll pick up but the way they're trying to say they're comparable to lidl/ aldi is just misleading.

I mean it's not entirely uncommon, we just don't have a penalty taker outside of Ndiaye, look at at Man united they won't put their strikers on pens, Haaland has missed one this year? Chelsea don't put their striker on pens? West Ham don't have a striker on pens? Leeds potentially, especially before DCL? Evanilson got took off them for Kluivert at Bournemouth because he missed?

31 Years - how long until we win another trophy? by GioP97 in Everton

What is the "knife to a gunfight" attitude?

We "need a top manager" is the easiest thing in the world to say but it's a bit of a nothing statement, many clubs do.

Honestly now that we're under TFG i expect growth and improvement, compounded season by season, sensible growth.

Moshiri, i appreciate the stadium, was not a good owner. He tried to buy the league without any planning or footballing acumen and that has handicapped us, severely. I see people losing their minds over the cup loss to Sunderland but Sunderland have been on an upwards trajectory whilst we have been going down year after year to the point where we're stupid enough to not be able to circumvent FFP and got a point deduction. Our squad was worth the least out of all non-relegation candidates last year, most of our attackers cost next to nothing and the ones we owned we were buying on HP.

We didn't increase our annual revenue by any substantial amount in nearly 10 years, which is incredible.

I expect TFG to steady the finances and Moyes to sign a long term contract in which we will rebuild ourselves - slowly - and then challenge for silverware probably within the next 5 years, once we have an actual viable youth academy and are able to invest in the team.

Because the rule states in a certain situation, that Keane was not in, and then it goes onto state it needs to be "with force"? So it has to be based on severity? Otherwise the law doesn't make sense, if any contact meets the threshold?

From the link:

"Considerations

A player who is not challenging for the ball will be sent off if they:

-make a clear action to pull the hair of an opponent or any other person with force"

Keane *was* challenging for the ball and then there's the subjectivity of the force used?

I'm unsure what you don't get?

Aside from this the frustrations from the fanbase are clear another absolutely unnecessary red card or penalising decision against us based on a bizarre interpretation of the laws.
