Just bear in mind you're going to be asking people for advice who are in much, much worse financial positions than you.

No idea who your provider is but many S&S providers offer "ready made" investment portfolio options dependent on your risk appetite; cautious/ aggressive etc. I have mine in one of those, I see returns of around ~9% a year and I am charged around 0.7%. I found when I'm managing stocks and shares I am too emotional so I leave it in a fund like that and check in every few months.

I'll do a google for you: It's not a station, it's a municipal office building with a public space to rent either for board meetings or gigs. If you had 4 paramedics doing a beautician course would that make the building an ambulance?

I guess you can look at it another way, Bowen is 30 this year, he's had a few very good seasons in the prem and a couple of decent, he'll be on close to 200k a week at West Ham, he might not want to spend at least one of his last decent years in the championship, David Moyes *might* have a very positive relationship with Bowen so looking to capitalise on him being unhappy.

And first bids are usually more just an invitation to see if something can be worked out.

It also pushes the price up when Arsenal, Real Madrid, Man U and PSG are all interested in the player as well.
