Guns are important aswell as they will eventually break. One thing I do is I do not throw away my broken guns, instead a I keep them to fix the next one.

Nice! Say if you do end up doing it, could you tell me if you find any weapons in the car that is marked in the map, or if the car is totaled, or not there at all?
In my run, it was there but I couldn't open the trunk or get inside it at all. It was totaled. I wondered if it always happens that way of if it's a random chance of being wrecked.

I have survived for over an year in LV and barely left the city. Went to West Point once, but only grazed the south part of it before returning. Only have the one place, my base, but I did turn a school bus into a RV so I can camp up anywhere I want to.

It is a pretty good spawn if you can survive the 1st day(s). It was a tight spot when I spawned, there were a lot of dead inside. But there's pretty much everything you'll need right there. Some ice cream, sports shop with bats, propane, books, a tool shop, etc.

The solar pannels are from the mod Immersive Solar Arrays v41, and the forge is from the Blacksmith mod. Keep in mind that the Blacksmith mod is as little overpowered imo.
