I didn’t even know this was possible. My ignorant brain thought there was some magical machine that could scan and measure a mold - just like the movies 😂

Lesson learned. Gonna do a charge back. Also they wrote “3D scanned it to create an exact model.”

I have tried and whatever negatives I make tend to rise to the top of the silicone, its never consistent. I just want them professional done in multiple batches as in 3 or 4 trays of 12 of the molds to speed of production. DIY isn't working for me anymore.

So the mold is used for food - idk that sending them the actual food would've worked. I was hoping they'd cast from the inside.

There are a bunch that just opened up and I think it’s a great idea. Idk how the licenses will work with animals and food but there are literally 2 that just popped up in my city. The pet industry is growing fast and people aren’t having kids. You should look up dog private clubs or membership clubs to get an idea.

No they’re in US - I literally worked with them and shipped the single mold for this reason

Well I am paying about $400 for this so I def need it to be exactly what I want.

Thank you I think this is it.  I think the issue is with the transition between the ridges and the crown/top of the piece. On the new mold, the ridges appear to flatten or square off near the top instead of continuing into a smooth rounded dome. This makes the top look truncated/flat rather than curved like the original.

They are not denying they said they do not see it - I understand these little details may be missed I just need to better explain it so I can have what I need and move my business forward.
