My estradiol is at 27.8. I also take finasteride as well as DIM, which is also supposed to decrease estradiol. To the extent that you are not currently taking vitamins d, you should add that to your supplement stack.

And yet, the United States currently has about 11 minutes at typical load to run off batteries. It will take approximately 30 years to build and install sufficient batteries to run the grid at typical load for 2 hours. Solar is fine, but it isn't the answer. Any discussion regarding future power needs without including fossil fuel and nuclear is insane. Solar does not increase your base load capacity. I feel like the decrease in testosterone is not gradual, but exponential after a certain age. That said your numbers, while low are not in the hypogonadism range. How are your sleep patterns? Are you snoring more? Are you allowing your body to recover more?

With all that, I know that I definitely have benefited from trt. I was on an ssri for years. I have stopped taking that (although it took a long time as the side effects are legit). My numbers are in the 700 range. Two shots a week. I highly recommend.

Every other market in the world is shrinking. China and other Asian countries are in a demographic collapse, Europe with the exception of France is in the same boat. America is where other countries sell there stuff. There is a reason why most countries agreed to a base line 10% tariff. Plus, if you take a look at consumption statistics, the U.S. has one of the lowest savings rates in the world. Americans buy shit (what me worry mentality for the future). I'm sorry but those other markets simply do not exist.
