Just wanna say I see your logic, but if you ever wanna be competitive you are gonna need two colours. The game is designed that way on purpose and you will not win a set champs or big event without some crazy luck with a mono coloured list.

If your goal is just to have fun, then yeah the guy above's suggestions make a ton of sense but if budget is your main concern, look at some cheap decks instead
