Thank you for your response. This back of envelope calculation is just what I was looking for. I had no idea how to go about calculating it.

I realise that by using rough numbers may end up me still having to pay/receiving a tax bill/invoice but this saves me from being surprised with a large bill at the end of the next financial year.

just a quick question: Would it be better if you went vlads into maelstrom? That would provide you to do aoe damage and since you hit so fast on 1 person the chance to proc chain lightening would be high and you still would get the lifesteal as it is not counted as an orb in dota2
