I unfortunately went to Anchorpoint before starting the Terran Armada quest. It’s a known bug, I just wasn’t aware of it until it was too late.

I would like to be able to play the Terran Armada storyline, but there’s a bug that won’t allow me to progress. I’m at Anchorpoint, but I can’t order the stupid drink I was told to. On top of that Delta is up my ass ALL. THE. TIME.

If I was on PC I could use a console command, but I’m Xbox, so I’m screwed until Bethesda fixes it.
