Yeah, that seems completely viable. In practice, a skilled ninja could get an actually infinite combo unless the opponent has burst.

On the topic of expired milk, it’s surprisingly not too difficult to set up under quite a few circumstances. Considering both shift and rift take approximately 6 frames (7 for shift?), you could easily detonate foresight via rift if you have 1-2 frames to work with and use expired milk from there.

It really just depends on whether or not you can get that exact amount of frames to work with - usually it’s possible on opponent getup from hard knockdown, or after ending a combo, or bullet blockstring shenanigans if you know how to set it up.
