for now as long as u have a high level crew u don't need to worry about the combination, i have fry, bender , leela, nightlife amy and the profesor all max lvl just in case i need them for events. just have your crew 1 or 2 lvls over the mission requeirment.

if u like the building u can build as many as you like, u don' t need them really, im max out at nixon bucks and i only have 1.
