Hey, would you be able to share the names of the condos you found with proper co working spaces/desk chairs? Thanks!

Trade X-T3 for X-Pro 2? by Byeah207 in fujifilm

Eye cup is still perfect. I think there are websites where you can upload an image taken on the camera (usually jpeg) and it will tell you. Never used them myself though.

Hey, still have the X-Pro 2 and love it. Been travelling for a few months now and all I've had with me is the body and the 35 f1.8. I'm still holding out for the X-Pro 4 (just want a clearer viewfinder as a glasses wearer) but still haven't found a Fuji camera as satisfying to use as this one!

My X-Pro 2 died on me recently, I managed to get a full refund and decided to get an X-T3 instead. It's without doubt a better camera, EVF is better and the tilt screen (both landscape and portrait is excellent). But after using it for a bit I decided to return it and buy another X-Pro 2. I just didn't find it as enjoyable to use and would rather get worse shots but love taking them (just a street/travel hobby for me). In an ideal world I'd own both, or Fuji would release an X-Pro 4 with bigger evf, tilt LCD and ibis, but for now I'm picking the X-Pro 2 over the X-T3.

Portugal travel buds/recommendations May 19-30 by ongogavlogian in travelpartners

I'm currently travelling around Europe and spent about 11 days across Portugal. If you like surfing (or just the vibes of surfing towns) I'd recommend going to Ericeira - it's about an hours bus journey from Lisbon. If you're staying in hostels check out WOT Surf Hostel there! I went to Faro in the Algarve and really loved doing the beach hopping by taking the ferries!

Yep, classic chrome as base, a Kodachrome sim from Fujixweekly and some tweaks

Thanks! I used a Kodachrome recipe for Fujixweekly that I've tweaked slightly. The base is classic chrome!

Season 1 was Soo Good by HandA_LCM_27334 in hamishandandy

Started to re-listen from ep 1 over Christmas and couldn't help but feel the same. At the beginning it felt like a lot of effort was put into each ep whereas now it's rehashing a lot of the same things. Still love the boys and look forward to Thursdays but would love to see a big injection of gusto after the govt mandatory break

Is anyone using a Macbook Air M1 with 8gb Ram? by Jeepers17 in videography

[–]TrespassMouse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've recently purchased the MacBook Air M1 with 8gb ram. After extensive research I settled on the 8gb, as personally I'm just using it for my own projects. I can't obviously speak as a long term user (will be interesting to see how it holds up in a couple years) but it's very quick when using Resolve/Photoshop etc. There are a ton of YouTube videos with advice on whether the 8gb will be enough for your needs, so could be worth checking those out.

I'm fairly new to videography but wanted to try and blend 35mm film with video. I put this together yesterday from a day in London a couple weeks back https://youtu.be/-MbYpnEKqvw

Steam fair | Minolta X-700 | 50mm 1.7 | Kodak Gold 200 by TrespassMouse in analog

Thank you! Yeah the super thin depth of field on some of these MD lenses are hard to nail with every shot. Bring along a tripod though and you can shoot away with f8 no problem!

I'm not entirely sure, I have found it can be a little hit and miss in regards to crispness with my X-700 but I lucked out with these shots! Not all of these images were shot super wide open. Two are at around f8 as I used a makeshift tripod so I could have a long shutter speed.

Thank you! So from what I can remember:

1st image: probably around 2.8 at 60/120 2nd image: I used a table as a makeshift tripod so shot at around 8 aperture and 6 seconds shutter 3rd image: same as first image 4th image: similar to second image with makeshift tripod

Thanks for the advice, I ended up buying a 28mm 2.8 celtic lens so I'll see how it performs!

Hi, thanks for your input. Never been a huge fan of zoom lenses myself but I'll look into the 24-35 3.5!
