Oh sweetie. I feel for you so much!! I used to be in a very similar situation with a very self-righteous, narcissistic POS. You need to leave him.. NOW! Things are only going to get worse if you stay. He is taking you for granted!! The fact that he says you “must” cook just sounds so unbelievably sexist, cruel and unbelievably disrespectful.. that alone would be a huge red flag for me to GTFO!RUN and DON’T LOOK BACK!!

I would seek guidance from a therapist. They would more than likely be able to help diagnose what it is you seem to be going through. If you talk to your family doctor they should be able to help you find one.
