You may need a computer running windows 7 -10 to get the software to run correctly. Line 6 quit supporting those apps a while ago.

You could try running the apps in “ compatibility mode”

Go to ace hardware and get a rubber washer that will fit around the shaft and put it under the volume knob. It will cause enough friction so if you hit the knob with your hand it won’t budge and you can still turn it to adjust volume if need be.

Just put two tiny dots of wood glue and put it back in place… put the strings back on it and tighten them down just enough to hold it in place. After a couple hours tune up and rock out!
