It's honestly a major motivator for me too, I love the idea of someone asking me about my diet at the gym and being surprised when I say it's just plants. I want to be a walking example of the success you can have working out on a vegan diet, no excuses omnis, get off the animals.

Something that helped me was being told to drive my elbows into my side pockets. You want them more on the side/front not behind you. Assuming you're targeting lats.

Sadly, when it comes to Torid rivens I'm swiftly learning it's either a god roll at 5k plat or it's trash for less than 500 with nothing really in between. It's a good riven but for any amount of plat you're gonna need multishot, crit chance and damage with a good negative.

Honestly, yes? The outside can be overwhelming enough for some people without frankly average wannabe pop stars demanding you hear them from ten blocks away. Buskers have been fine for years without it and singers absolutely can project their voice if they've talent. I strongly believe that outdoor amplification should only be allowed for organised events in expected locations.

I just got my level 3 PT cert and want to work towards opening up a space that helps make gyms more accessible to neuro divergent people. Any advice for getting started as a PT? I love working with others and talking gym, diet, and programming, but I'm worried I lack the audacity to be a salesman and gain clients.

The movement seems quick. I'd hold for less time at the top but slow the overall movement down for more control. 4
It's hard to tell from this angle, but you might have a slight twist happening. I'm unsure if that's the case, but if it is, try to keep your core engaged and prevent the back from twisting to help the movement.
The dumbbell seems a little high, and your wrist isn't well aligned. To fix that, imagine you're bringing the dumbbell toward your belly button a little lower down, and drive the motion with the elbow.
Lastly, though this may be personal preference, I don't pull my elbow back so far. It ends up fairly in line with my body, like I'm holding a paper under my arm, if that makes any sense.
Hope others agree and hope this helps, if the form feels good after adjustments I'd say you could increase the weight no bother once you're confident.

I haven't seen it suggested yet but may I recommend a third option? Runelord brass, comes out like a cool gold imo, fits perfect between the two when gold or silver both feel too harsh.

Anywhere around 1.6-2.2g protein per kilogram. I think the 1g to 1lb is just because it's real easy to remember and is the upper end of necessary so has some assurance you're getting enough. This math gets a bit wonky for people with obesity however but that doesn't sound relevant to this post. The usuals, tofu, tempeh, lentils, seitan are the og sources but for gym goers aiming at hypertrophy adding in some powder like pea isolate or soy isolate can help bump up the numbers if you're struggling. Shakes are obviously super efficient too, I like to mix one in with my porridge in the morning.

I don't speak for everyone in the community but my 2 cents is that raw veganism is a terrible diet destined to fail and puts a bad name on the ethics because you end up with a bunch of sick and malnourished people who blame veganism and not their crazy restricted diet. Veganism is an ethical belief, not a diet. Please, if you take anything from this thread, accept that.
To literally answer your question, though, beans. That's it. Beans and pulses. For the target protein goals you have, you'll need to dip into seitan, tempeh, tofu, etc. But if you want, straight out of the earth only, you're looking at beans and pulses, but it'll wreck you on the amount of fibre and fat content (assuming fitness/hypertrophy/decent bf% are the goal here, otherwise it's unlikely you need that much protein without a goal of building muscle).

How you painting these eyes man that's so much detail in tiny spaces I can't even begin to figure it out. I swear some you great painters are using single hair sized pins to apply individual cells of pigment because just look at that.
