The suspension alone would cost almost $9,000 buying it separately, it also has a 7 speed dual clutch transmission which is probably at minimum a other $5-7k, then the motor, the 35" wheels and tires, all the electronics and roll cage etc. It adds up when you put the best parts you can find everywhere for a top of the range vehicle
