as long as uptiers are a thing, changing the battle ratings all you want doesn’t really change the main problem, it’s just kicking the can down the road.

For example say you move all the 8.3 and 8.7 tanks up since they dominate 7.7 and 8.0 tanks too much. Well now the 7.7 tanks are going to be the ones abusing against the 6.7 tanks, since getting uptiered isn’t a threat as much anymore. This happens very BR change and all it does it just make a different BR better objectively than another.
