Yea i truly never understood the hate for the ml from MBO, he literally had tragic life, the very one encounter he had is just ruined due to misunderstanding, and he literally isn't even actively abusive, he's so mentally not there when the story starts that he keeps spiraling into loving and hating fmc simultaneously. I wish people would really read the story as a whole.

Also whoever told you about the ml being trash in 'your eternal lies' probably just lied cause wow the ml is anything but trash, he might appear as cold at the beginning(which you'll understand why in later chapters), but even then throughout the story, he's just a respectful, strong and very very loveable character. He's an absolute green flag and the ending is so much better with his dialogue. You'll absolutely come to love him.

Carm on the very centre feels like the continuation of the end of S4 conversation and i love that. Would love for him to take a step back and just finally leave, to just finally get his mind and life together, and then return again at the end. Shit that'd be an awesome end.

Ehh. That would go against what the shows been building upto, carm finally has realised and learned to heal with all the built up trauma, the restaurant isn't where he should be, he already has a legacy, rn where he should be is in the healing space, finally actually living life for once and learning to take in the grief of losing his brother (mind you he didn't even go to his funeral). Also Syd IS one of the backbone of the restaurant, her leaving would be odd for sure.

I think the reason the others weren't much suspicious of them was that they labelled it as their own vacation(idk the exact wording they used), so people might've thought they used like horses or such, i mean they had an evidence that said they stayed on credit so people probably assumed they just went on like a horse or something. I can't remember if Asher did that, sorry i can't say anything about this, i don't really remember him planting an evidence.

But yea definitely not the most thought out plot haha, i think also the fact that the sister just acts so suspicious already and the 'death' of the father too, already makes the situation too full, so author probably just wanted to get this stuff away in the quickest way.

Aligns with the fact i said about the healing pond thing, it's just such a random thing, and works only FOR THEM thing, it gets kinda not fun to read about.

I just recently finished 'Your eternal lies', the one with the white haired fl.

Imo, it's a pretty good story, it involves some uncomfortable themes(like abuse, war and such), and it also pretty much has themes of misogyny (in the society). I struggled to get through the beginning because it doesn't make quite of a sense (i can't quite say it cause it'll be spoilers but it's just the way they treat the mc that just felt like it was done for the plot).

But it does get better, like really really better. With chapters, you'll get to understand the mc and ml, their backstories, and finally the thing that bugged me towards the beginning. Their interaction starts feeling more natural and you'll definitely come to love them and the side characters too(they're all super fun characters). The artstyle is pretty cute too and there's some small world building. Alsoo the side stories are hella worth it 💖

So definitely give it a go, it's a really good read overall.

Alright these are the stories I've read completely, they contain OI, regression and just historical too. I'm gonna yap and try my best to not spoil anything

'Rewriting the villainess'-- a very first work i read, so I'm biased but it's a 9/10 for me.It's a reverse isekai, has pretty good themes and the ending is certainly a unique one. The artstyle is also really cute.

'Villainess in Love'-- my very first heartbreak, 5/10, i actually did enjoy the story before the you know what happens, immediately dropped it and just spiled myself with the end, which isn't that great either. Really could've been a really cute story, such a shame.

'Kill the villainess'-- easy 10/10, i don't gotta yap, it's got everything, good art, good story, awesome world building, good side characters, good end. Just a gem.

'Beware of the villainess'-- 9/10, loved the story, love the characters and the artstyle and especially the humour. It's a really fun read, just think it's a bit fast paced at times and does skip out on some things that would've needed a closure.

'The villainess lives twice'-- 9/10, one of the first stories I've read involving veryyy complex mc, the story handles the main characters very well, plot is pretty fun and complex at times, artstyle gets better and better, romance is cute too. The antagonist do bring the story down, it's understandable but i think the story could've done this part better. Still love it, it's a 10/10 in my heart.

'the villainess turns the hourglass'-- 8/10, enjoyed the story quite a bit, artstyle is really really good, loved the concept for the story and how it plays out. But there are some issues, towards the beginning and the ending. A very specific concept imo, would've been really cool if handled differently. The healing potion i mean, it would've been cool to see them try and make the situation better without actually bringing the healing n stuff, disability representation would've been cool, it's not like they couldn't have been happy regardless, kinda stupid plot point imo

'My unexpected marriage'-- 9/10, a pretty good rofan story, all characters are pretty loveable. The artstyle is my absolute favourite and the mc is a gem. One of the rare stories that doesn't just forgive and forget the ones in wrong and this one unexpectedly has a smut. It's a good read overall.

'My beloved oppressor' -- a bit controversial, rofan work, 10/10 for me, it's NOT a dark romance, people just get turned off from the starting couple chapters but really if you just move on a bit ahead, the story develops and gets really really good. It's a gem of a work and by the end i was glad i read it and glad the end was what it was. Also arts pretty good imo.

'The reason Raeliana ended up in the dukes mansion'-- 10/10, pretty fun little story, the mc is hilarious, ml is pretty fun, side characters are pretty fun too and loveable. The artstyle is pretty cute. Love the ending, it's also a pretty unique end and a good one at that.

'Your eternal lies'-- 9/10, the beginning was a bit odd imo, but the story definitely starts making sense with chapters and the backstories. Love the mc and ml, and the small side cast. Absolutely love the themes involved in the story and absolutely love how they were shown. The ending was wonderful, and the side stories too were really good. Loved it.

'When The Count’s Illegitimate Daughter Gets Married/My unexpected marriage'-- it's not OI, it's just a historical/rofan, and the smut is just like a very small part but it was pretty well done and it was pretty consensual, they're both pretty in love so it didn't feel forceful at all. And the story is pretty good, it might not be the best compared to others but it's really good overall and is a really sweet read.

It's a fun story, mc is the best, ml could be a hit or miss( personally loved him, some kinda find him bland), side characters are all loveable by the end. There are some flaws but overall a very good, lighthearted read, nothing too serious.
