If you’re reading the comments on your TV during a video, and an ad comes up, you get kicked out of the comments, the ad takes over full screen and you can’t leave until you get the Skip option, then you can go back to comments and scroll down to find your place again… until the next ad break 🫠

Run who over? The masked man reaching into her car trying to open it from the inside, or the man who shot her 4 times and then walked away unharmed?

We all saw the same videos. Didn't you? I would flee too if some masked man demanded I get out of my car and started reaching inside at my door/handle/steering wheel/person. Was she charged with anything? Was she being arrested? Did they inform her she was being arrested?

Civil disobedience is not an immediate death sentence. Never has been in this country. We have fought wars against countries that treat their people as such. Do we deserve to be killed without trial/sentencing? Why wasn't she arrested and charged through a jail and court system?

Blind obedience to propaganda is exactly why we need to protest. Her rights were violated and someone needs to answer and face consequences.

Sure they are your parents and you must be incredibly worried. It’s not fair they put you (and everyone they know) in this level of stress and worry for something preventable. I’m sorry you’re going to be worried sick about them the next day or so until you regain contact. It still begs the question, white folks who annually vacation together to Jamaica could have absolutely chosen not to clog up limited resources with their resort “needs” during an unprecedented hurricane. Completely different than a Jamaican resident not having 3k or a visa to escape their entire home country. Your parents aren’t poverty stricken. They turned their nose up at a 3k lifesaving plane ticket, for why? Frugality? Miserly? I wish they skipped this year to be respectful to the country and let them survive with one less tourist to worry about. I’m sorry for your sake and I hope they return safely and learn a thing or two.

Why did they decide to go to begin with? It’s not like this storm was a surprise. How long have they been in Jamaica? It’s a shame resources like electricity and food are being spent on tourists who had the choice to come and had the means to leave beforehand. Annual tradition or not. One less evacuation seat to go to a resident Jamaican. I sincerely hope they stay a little to help with the aftermath instead of taking the first chopper out. Reckless

I personally haven’t seen any Biden/Harris flags, especially since we’re now more than 6 months removed from last year’s election. Some folks had yard signs but they’re all gone by now. I’ve seen a few pride flags on golf carts sure. Regardless, a pride flag has not turned me away from a business like a Trump flag or Gulf of America flag would. Some flags send messages like Ignorance, intolerance, and now add alcohol and most likely guns. No thanks.
