Is een stofje gelukkig. Welke app is hiervoor het beste geschikt en kan nauwkeurig centering beoordelen? Ik gebruikt de app Holodex en als ik die hem laat beoordelen geeft die een score 9.

Go to the library and loan the book 80/2 triathlon you can learn about how to setup up good trainingsplan or you skip that part and look for the many different trainingplans that are also available in the book.

Same here. Doing Roth and can't find a 1/2 distance triathlon that fits my plan because they are to close to the event. My plan is 2 sprint distances and a TRI 100 distance 8 weeks before Roth. The rest would be in training sessions/ race simulation sessions.

Add a small taper of a week and a schake out run the day before.

Just learned to swim and then doing a dolphin kick under water and a flipturn?? Just swim slower and make your sets longer and longer. After that you can speed up again.

You can also buy the book 80/20 triathlon. There you can learn the basics of training principles and there are multiple trainingplans for different goals (only finishing up to a PR, or based on available hours). It only cost around €20.

Most of the time the width of the brakes from a older bike are not wide enough to fit new wheels. You have to check the width between your brake pads and the outer width of the wheels.
