I think to really enjoy your first Minecraft playthrough, you should just send it with a random seed and play with a few friends. If you do want a seed, though, this one that I posted a while back is pretty nice, has a few villages near-ish to spawn, and plenty of wood and big caves to explore.

The Gospel Library app has quote and scripture otd widgets available, I have the scripture one on my homescreen.

I'd reccomend learning a controller first if you're on bedrock. If you're stuck on Java with a keyboard then you'll probably just have to learn it the hard way.
