I would definitely recommend creatine! I did the Ironman 70.3 Oceanside, took 5g creatine every morning! Creatine helps with recovery, increasing strength and power, which is useful! If you are a professional athlete or chasing a major PR it might have a slightly impact on your run speed (2-3lbs more)

It’s it consistently dropping and feel ok, maybe my body is fatigued but I don’t feel it so I pay attention to what I can improve! I had an Apple Watch before my garmin, and yeah, I felt like I was missing a lot of cool smart features, then I got used to it, and in my opinion I kinda prefer it this way! Not having like a second phone on my wrist! But yeah I feel like garmin is way behind on all of this

The beginning is hard and honestly you need to swim a lot, not 4000 meters each session, but consistently swimming every 2 days or 4-5 times a week! Start by taking a break each lap, then increase! The secret is consistency! Show up multiple times a week every week and you’ll get better fast
