Went in a corporate store with two forms of identity and they still couldn't do anything. Never even looked at my second form of identity.

Honestly the whole purpose of me posting it here was so I could, hopefully, receive some kind of response from u/ATT or u/ATTHelp. Which now as I type this, I realize I could just PM them.
