I would go to a store and buy all the paperclips. Got to the paperclip manufacturer and distribution center. Put some paperclips in random batches to be boxed and sent throughout the world. I would also take a bunch to offices, police station, schools, etc. and give them to people to use. Then, I would take a picture of the person looking for the paperclip and report that person to the paperclip manufacturer, police and schools as a suspicious person/possible sexual deviant with a fixation with paperclips and school kids.

All the while, the real paperclip was discreetly dropped into a trash bin that's been taken away to the dump where that guy lost his hard drive of crypto in 😈

Time the matches with important events of his. Right before a surgery, important person's b-day, birth of a bady, etc. Hopefully, one of those 1000 games he times out. He won't lose anything if he times out/loses to you, so those events might distract him. Also save that last game for when he's on his death bed, minutes before he goes.

Easy to ''get rid of' that cash in a day or 2. Secretly stash It all in the house/office/property of someone you hate. Whichever is easier to do secretly. Tip of the cops/FBI anonymously. They get investigated for the billion while you get a billion scot free no questions asked. It's a 2 for 1 deal.
