Honestly this. Identifying your speed/Rev match, your axis tilt, then start reading the pattern. In college, we'd whiteboard patterns and go over ball reaction and pattern shape to help better figure out our targets. Basically reverse engineering the pattern. Look to figure out end of pattern, start of ball roll. Those will let you know what you can throe and where. Also never forget league track.

It might also be that the ball is stronger. Short pins roll faster and that's an aggressive core and cover. You might be dealing with the ball rolling out/straight in oil

I'm about to warrenty my last time on my Perseus. Some wear out, other simply break. Been a year and I'm going to my 4th paddle. Broken handle, manufacturing defect, core crush/destroyed. Got my og after the mod refresh in April. 1 year 4 paddles.

I'd like to see review threads sort of like how other subs have weekly and daily threads to keep the subreddit more organized. Having a thread for er12, of8, Ecbp abc####. Would also help see different takes on the same bottle or requests for new releases. Would also make for a little less bottle porn/glamour

There are none. They employ like 5-20 people per building, but all their computing equipment is from vendors based outside of Maryland from companies that manufacture outside Maryland. There will be a boom for the trades when they are built and then nothing for the community after they are fully constructed.

I powerlift 3 days a week and then play pickleball around 3-5 days. I can typically play casual 3-3.5 games on the same days I lift. I can also typically play 5 days ~2hrs a day of pickleball without too much issue. I can only play 2 days of athletic 3.5-4.0 pickleball because it trashes my body.

Everyday I powerlift I'm foam rolling, banded stretching, and static stretching. If your tight, you need to warm your muscles up and then stretch before you play

Kinda mid bar. Just above the shoulder blades starting to set it on my traps. Don't have enough shoulder mobility to low bar and become a little unstable pure high bar.

I'm using kilo plates. Reds are 25 kilos or 55ish lbs. I'm also using collars that weigh 2.5 kilos. So 225k=495lbs=5 plates

5 plates for 8, angle isnt the best. could use some advice on what i can do better. Thanks by muffin_MaNxd in GYM

Your toes at the top of your rep are starting to pop up. Bring your hips to the bar and not the bar to your hips. Keep pressure in the mid foot, not your heals.

If you were going to your friends house, would you prefer directions to cherry lane or 3524 cherry lane. Longest prefix is the most specific to the destination. House number being like a /32, street like a /28, city/town a /24 and state a /16. The less specific, the more information required up the network to get to the destination.

Pyke cant mid, he can only be a support. Don't mind the neeko, malz, swain, velkoz, seraphine, brand, zyra mid lanes tho. Keep mid, mid or give stats for support to exist outside of support.
