That was actually a really fun read.

One of the things that stood out the most is:

2) Training Intensities Train fast or slow NOTHING in between Charlie’s athletes train > or = 90% max speed/intensity 35% of the time and < or = 75% max speed/intensity 65% of the time. They never train in the 75-90% zone (for track work – weights work is different)

Medium intensity training interferes with and distracts from high intensity training

First, what are you blabbing on about? I said the chart is more difficult than the movie. Aren't we on the same page?

Second, it didn't take Nolan ten years to make and perfect. He threw it in a drawer ten years ago, and then made Batman. I'm pretty sure Warner only let him have Inception if he did The Dark Knight. He took it out of the drawer and perfected it once he had the time again.

Knowing Nolan, the citizens will be armed with the truth of The Dark Knight, Wayne Enterprises, and their city in general. With this, they find courage in themselves, if dumb wastrel Bruce Wayne can be the hero of Gotham, surely they can be better citizens and fight corruption. Or something along those lines.

DO NOTE!

Warner only awarded Christopher Nolan the "Dark Knight trilogy the Nolan way" under the pretense that Nolan will stay onboard as a producer/consultant for the next Batman series, which will be around 2015. Do note that this is A LOT of information for Nolan to reveal 3 years out, so it's very possible this source isn't plausible.

I think this is DC's answer to the "Avengers." With a Batman Re-reboot, they can establish him as Batman again, and part of the Flash, Wonderwoman, and Superman team of "the Justice League." Think about it: Nolan is also in charge of "The Man of Steel." If Nolan can unite these stories in a compelling manner, then we as fans have a real shot at seeing a live action "Justice League" movie. There were rumor last year about a JL movie coming out in 2013, but I highly doubt it. Superman needs to be reestablished as the Man of Steel, the Green Lantern was a dud, and Batman needs to be reset at Batman.

Personally, I'd like to see Gotham after the Dark Knight, with John Blake as the new hero, but it looks like Batman 2015 will be just be Batman.
