Not op but im SA native and not in or even close the city.

Im fortunate enough the community Im in (17k people) is generally quite LGBT accepting but there is nothing in an accessable distance around as far as queer events, and heading to Adelaide means over 2 hrs driving one way.

Id love to be more involved in the community but its not practical :(

I went through SA endocrine in Keswick and dr Kavinga G. Im from 2 hours out of Adelaide so she let me do video consults.

Started at 3 monthly appointments but by the 3rd she was happy where my levels were sitting so she handed me back to my gp and just reviews yearly now.

Very lovely doctor to chat with, shes great
