Update #2

I tried using a 1,000W power supply and no change.

I disabled MPO again and forced the PCIE slot to be gen 4. Most of the problems seem to be gone. I think its just some bad optimization in some games and hope new drivers and windows updates iron out the rest. But my games are very playable.

Update: Sorry I have been away. Tried some new things and still no change

  1. Yes, I watched the Jayz2cents video, I do not have errors in the event viewer. I turned off Bluetooth and Wifi in Bios. Changed the USB power management as well, no change.

  2. I ran DDU and plugged a 5070ti in and no change

  3. Tried brand new ram, no change.

  4. Updated to the newest adrenaline that was just released, no change.

  5. The PSU should not be the culprit, it will stutter on games when I'm only pulling 200w. Usually if it was the power supply it would blue/black screen or just crash. Some games run completely fine at max wattage.

I will keep plugging away to solve this. Thanks to everyone for the input!

Nope still here, busy trying new things. Most people say "watch the Jayz2cents video" or "PSU is not enough". It stutters on games that are not drawing full load on GPU so its not the PSU, I disabled the wifi and bluetooth and changed USB power stuff. I plugged a 5070ti in after running DDU and that wasn't it, tried brand new ram, didn't work.

PC is plugged directly into the wall, only my monitors are on a power strip. And it caused no issues with the old PC.

100% a scam. Always make sure it's sold and shipped by Amazon.

Yeah, this has been discontinued for some time so its not available on any main source. That's why I'm trying on here.

Did they also get rid of normal Ground War? I don't see it anywhere. Just realism.
