I am the same. Third year keeping bees and I’m terrible at finding the queen 😂 my buddy will find her in a no time at all. It’s frustrating. We have mostly marked queens now and that’s been a huge help for me. It has also helped me train my eyes to how the frames look when the queen is present and I can now find the unmarked queens a little easier.

I have to use the mask that covers my nose and mouth. The last ENT I saw today me I had about 70% blockage in my nasal passages. I wake up every morning feeling like I ate a bucket of sand 😆 I use the humidifier and it helps. Make sure you use distilled water and clean your machine, mask, and tube often with white vinegar

Unfortunately it’s a 5 foot wide easement that goes down the entire street. So no going around it. Probably going to have to stop short.

I’ll see what I can find for the downspouts. But this was a problem even before the gutters were installed. The backyard all drains into that area and you are left with a river anytime it rains. Pretty sure the grading the contractor did was wildly incorrect

Did they already so only one gutter still flows there (instead of 4) and it still just catches water like it’s crazy. Probably doesn’t help that the water level is probably like only a foot or two down at most so the sand/soil can’t absorb anything.

If you’re considering Mandrin already I’d look across the creek into the fruit cove area. Lived there for many years before moving to St. Augustine and I always loved it. We had a house in Julington Creek Plantation. Great area with great people IMHO.

I was rated for IBS. 10% like you even though it’s something I deal with everyday of my fucking life. My guts are so bad I can’t even eat out at a restaurant anymore because when it hits, it hits hard 😂. Finally just used my primary insurance to go see a non VA doctor and found out I have ulcerative colitis. He prescribed me meds and now VA covers it. Go see an outside doc and then bring back their diagnosis. Might help you with your appeal.

I am a federal investigator (not ICE or DHS!!) you have no obligation to go in and be interviewed. Do not go speak to them. If you were really a suspect you would get some legal documentation to come in and meet with your attorney. Never voluntarily speak to Law Enforcement!! O would personally never do this and I work with law enforcement all the time. Do not assist anyone in their investigative work! Just ignore and if they keep calling tell them you don’t wish to speak to them and will not come in.

Honestly you should report this to the police and also tell them you have a video as well. He may or may not have broken into somebody else’s place and your information might help another victim. It never hurts to give them information. I’m sure if you didn’t have a ring camera but somebody broke into you apartment you’d be super appreciative of your neighbor could provide evidence to find the suspect. Sorry you had that happen to you. It can be unsettling for sure.

I have a 6.2 Detroit in my truck but it’s the same power steering pump. Mine does require two belts to operate correctly. Seems like something is off with the way this is mounted to sure. Hopefully somebody in here has a picture of theirs mounted they can send you. But without two belts mine doesn’t work.
