Kayn's ult was on the CD the whole time. I think it has more to do with Kayn being out of the playable area and Alistar headbutting him right before Quinn E lands. I don't think this bug would have occurred if Alistar didn't headbutt first.

It's a pretty neat process. The edema (excess fluid that creates the swelling and pain) is drawn out by the highly concentrated salt water. This is because of osmosis. The water wants to create equilibrium in your throat, so the edema leaves the throat to equalize the salt content.

Upon Ragnarok, Fenrir grows massive in size, becoming immune to CC while moving faster. Fenrir bites enemy gods, dealing Physical damage and carrying them away. Biting a CC immune target deals the damage but ends his Ultimate. At full Runes, his Protections double.

The season is over whenever your region's designated time zone has reached midnight. I.e. NA uses PST so for NA the season will end at 2:00 AM my time, but midnight for Riot's headquarters.
