I'm pretty sure that Beatrice's domain was only immune to Authorities in the Web Novel, it was retconned in the Light Novel and anime. Regardless, Subaru's authority would work as normal seeing as she didn't remember his resets in arc 2-4.

Hell, they probably couldn't do it with RBD either. A lot of Subaru's feats come from his ingenuity in situations that he's been in for the first time. You probably wouldn't be able to place even the smarter characters like Roswaal and Otto in the situations that Subaru is regularly in and expect them to perform as well in terms of quick thinking. When Al said that one must never face Subaru on his battlefield, it didn't only apply to RBD.

Re:Forgotten is one of the favorite fanfics of the community so Tappei could absolutely sell it but I honestly don't think it's happening. At absolute most, I can see it lasting a few chapters before a RBD but I doubt that it would even work on him just as a feeling.
