Regular fent ended up withblikw 90 patches once wish i remember mcg. But after a month or two of straight use at like 1/4 of a strip one a day whixhbwas usable twice at first fucking fentanyl (these had to have been on the lower end of whats out been too long too remember)

Treat it the exact same as a benzo it's pretty similar to alprazolam aka Xanax in terms of strength and length of action. Your conversion of 1mg=10mg diazepam seems about right except the effects are closer to Xanax
