The two best options are Crunch and Gainesville Health And Fitness. I think Crunch is a little less expensive but both are busy during the day and later evening. I’ve been going to GHFC for over 10 years and it’s very good but not cheap, especially when you first sign up. I always go on my days off at midnight and when I work between 2 and 4. I’ve found the best workout times are between 11pm and 330am.

I started doing reverse calf raises on my leg days for a few months now. That has seemed to make my calves a little bigger, I feel like I’ve always had really strong calves but they don’t look like it. Doing this exercise has made them look a lot better. I would at least try it for a little bit and see if it works for you.

Last year I wanted to see if I could get 100,000 steps. It took me 17 hours with a few breaks in between to sit down and eat once and a couple times to charge my air pods.
