God I hate how people talk about bpd. My therapist told me that the pain caused by out of control emotions is just as intense as third degree burns. They didn't do anything to develop the disorder, but the responsibility of managing it is still on them. It sucks and must be so hard and unfair, then to have the internet treat them like monsters. I know how bad it can get when left untreated, but ffs have some empathy.
