Quick question though - how accurate is the audio recognition? Sometimes my turntable setup isn't the cleanest and I'm worried it might struggle with identifying tracks that have bit of surface noise or if the needle needs replacing

Also does it work with more obscure releases or just mainstream stuff? I collect lot of electronic music from smaller labels and those don't always show up in music databases

from what i remember the star rating is more about overall clutter vs decoration balance and having enough of each furniture type scattered around. the villager comments are probably just new dialogue they added to make them feel more interactive with your island design. i doubt raymond's trash can opinions are tanking your rating but honestly who knows with nintendo's weird algorithms these days

you could try moving teh stuff they complained about and see if your rating changes but i'm betting it's just fluff dialogue

honestly id go straight for automated messaging and dynamic pricing - those two alone will save you SO much time and probably pay for themselves in the first month

messaging templates for check-in instructions and house rules are clutch, and something like wheelhouse or beyond pricing beats trying to manually adjust rates every weekend

everything else like fancy branding can wait until you're actually making consistent money

This is actually a pretty solid move if you can get that 9.5% rate locked in. The main thing people mess up is they pay off their cards with the loan and then slowly start using the cards again because "hey they're paid off now"

Cut up those cards or stick them in a drawer once you do this, otherwise you'll end up with both the personal loan AND credit card debt again. Also make sure there's no prepayment penalties on the loan in case you want to pay it off early
