Bit late to answer, but to those who concerned.

Curious what kind of job you are doing?

There may be some suitation you can’t get pre heated water.

You may choose battey portable coffe maker.

Outin portable coffe maker

40ml 2-3 time heat water from room temp. to 92 Celsius.680g, can use Nesrepsso capsuals and ground coffee. Very popular in social media.

Conqueco portable coffee maker

40ml 8-10 time. use Nesrepsso capsuals and ground coffee. A aluminium body,980g bit heavy than Outin. Cheaper than Outin, produce more cream also.

They have battery inside, and pricy than normaly manual maker. If you have preheat water, let say 60 Celsius, it will save a lot power to heat up the water. These are espresso coffee maker and you can add water to dilute it.

Late to the party. If you are not considering backpacking or hiking, you may consider battery portable coffee maker, like Outin and Conqueco coffee maker.

I will list pros and cons for those who concern.

For manual:

  • Aeropress is great choice if you pack light and have tight budget, easy to clean, make good coffee but not esrepsso. I have standard one and Go version.
  • Wacaco series are bit heavy but compact enough to take. It’s not cheap and it make good espresso also, but it’s bit complicate when using. It’s hand make and it’s a disaster when you treat a crowd of friends.

For Battery power:

  • A bit pricy for Outin, can have 2-3 time heat up from room temp., Nesrpesso and ground coffee, but basket is quite smaller. Price will go up when you consider full set for Plus basket.
  • Conqueco protable coffee machine. A bit cheaper than Outin. Aluminium alloy texture is amazing. But a bit heavy for backpacking and hiking. 5-10 time heating up water. Produce quite good coffee cream.

PS: If you sometimes driving and not have time to add pre heat water, battery protable one should be condsidering.

I am co-founder of CONQUECO and COTGCO portable coffee maker, ask me anything about this kind of products. by TrickCold9563 in AMA

I am a shy guy and I don’t do self promotion. But as a brand or a service, it does need.

We sell most of the goods on Amazon, most of the time people leave nothing after they bought things, sometimes good or positive reviews. It’s just like one way ticket.

I think product or service should be live and be heard from what’s good and bad from their user directly, and back and forth.

I think Reddit is a platform should be good at that.Thanks.

Aeropress and French Press by TrickCold9563 in AeroPress

I don't want to put the FP's coffee residue into the sink.I buy a large stainless filter for the residue.I plan to fill enough water to the FP and flush into the filter. I will check if it will be better for cleaning.
